مذاکره رئیس گروه مذاکره کننده ایران با سولانا

 

 

سعيد جليلي " رييس گروه مذاكره كننده ايران اعلام كرد كه ايران مسوول نااميدي كه خاوير سولانا مسوول ديپلماسي اتحاديه اروپا پس از برگزاري مذاكرات مهم لندن از آن سخن گفت، نمي باشد.

 

Iran was not to blame for the disappointment expressed by EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana after key talks in London on the nuclear crisis, its chief negotiator Saeed Jalili said on Saturday.

جليلي گفت: واقعيت اين است كه ما از حق ملت ايران دفاع و بر انجام كامل وظايف خود تاكيد كرديم و ملت ايران هرگونه مقوله اي را كه خارج از معاهده منع اشاعه ي تسليحات هسته اي باشد، نخواهد پذيرفت.

 

The fact is that we defended the iranian nation's rights and stressed fulfilling our duties and that the iranian nation will not accept anything that goes beyond the nuclear non-proliferation treaty.

 

وی اضافه کرد: اگر عده اي به خاطر اينكه نميتوانند ايران را از حق طبيعي اش محروم كنند، نااميد شدند، اين داستاني ديگر است.

 

"If some people have become disappointed because they cannot deprive Iran of its natural rights then this is another matter", he added.

 

سولانا روز جمعه گفت  از اينكه اين آخرين مذاكرات نتوانست در آستانه ارايه گزارش مهم اتحاديه اروپا درباره مسير فعاليت هسته اي جنجال برانگيز ايران به موفقيتي دست يابد، "نااميد شدم."

 

Solana said on friday he was "disappointed" after the last-ditch talks in London failed to produce a breakthrough ahead of a key European Union report on Iran's controversial nuclear drive.

 

جليلي گفت كه طرف ايراني در اين مذاكرات "سه ايده خوب" را مطرح كرد كه سولانا در مذاكرات گذشته خواستار چنين اقدامي از جانب تهران شده بود.

 

The iranian side had put forward three "good ideas" to the Europeans in the talks,  that Solana had demanded such a move from Tehran in past negotiations. Jalili said.

 

به گفته ي او، اين ايده ها شامل "همكاري مشترك براي خلع سلاح"، "استفاده صلح آميز از انرژي هسته اي " و "جلوگيري از گسترش اشاعه دفاع هسته اي " است.

 

AThese ideas included "joint cooperation for disarmament," the peaceful use of nuclear energy" and the "prevention of the expansion of nuclear defence proliferation. "He said

جليلي افزود: "اين همكاري بخشي از طرح مطرح شده ي آقاي سولانا در نشست ليسبون بود و او بايد اميدوارتر مي بود."

 

 Thiscooperation was part of mr Solana's plan set out in the Lisbon meeting and he should have been more hopeful," said Jalili.

سولانا بايد ظرف روزهاي آينده گزارش خود را درباره تمايل ايران براي پيروي از خواسته شوراي امنيت براي توقف غني سازي اورانيوم، به اين شورا ارايه دهد.

 

solana will now report to the UN Security Council on Tehran's willingness to comply with its demand to freeze uranium enrichment.
